Vendor Agreement

Vendors may not share spaces with other vendors unless previously discussed and coordinated with DoMo Partnership. Please keep your spaces clean and orderly. This event occurs from 5 pm - 9 pm.

PHOTOGRAPHY:

Vendors and performers agree to allow photography and video of their work taken by DoMo Partnership for promotional purposes.

LICENSING:

You may purchase coverage in lieu of a business license through DoMo Partnership for $10. In order to waive this charge, you must possess and provide your own City of Modesto business license. 

CANCELLATIONS:

Refunds will not be issued without at least 72 hours prior notice. There are several fees and processes associated with each vendor’s space that have already been paid by this point, and we can neither absorb those costs nor forward them to another month. DoMo First Friday is a rain-or-shine event. Any cancellations caused by DoMo First Friday event production will yield a full vendor refund.

LIGHTING:

Any electronics you plan to utilize for lighting or any other purposes must be rechargeable or battery-powered, as electrical outlets will not be provided.

SETTING UP/TEARING DOWN:

Load-in and set-up begins at 3:00 pm. Your set-up must be complete and ready by the event's start time of 6 pm. No breakdown may occur before the event concludes at 9 pm. Please clear your space as quickly as possible so business as usual can resume.
